Describe a useful object in your home that you can’t live without.Today we are surrounded by technology and life has become so easy and convenient with equipment and gadgets. Our House is hard to imagine without some basic equipment like TV,Washing machine, toaster,oven,heater, and many more. This equipment makes our work easy and even old people can live a good life with this equipment they require very little physical activity.

Here I am going to talk about a washing machine at my home. My father bought it two months ago. There was a heavy discount on festival season. My mother faces so much trouble with our old machine. Sometimes it stopped while working and it consumed more energy. So my mother requested my dad to buy a new one. This new machine is fully automatic and has all advanced features with very low energy consumption.

I use this washing machine when my mother is not at home otherwise My mom washes our clothes on a regular basis. Sometimes she also prefers to wash covers, bed sheets and curtains of windows and many other fabrics like blankets and many more. The new machine works smoothly in all conditions and it's efficient in cleaning. It is used more than three times a week. When it comes to my usage I simply use the automatic mode and it works like magic.

I think it is very useful as it is automatic and very less physical activity is needed to operate it. It saves energy and water. And the clothes are dried when they are washed. This feature is so attractive in this new washing machine.So I think it's important equipment in my home. It has become an integral part of our household work so I can not imagine the traditional way of washing clothes by hand so we can't live without it.

Actually, I personally don't find anything difficult to use but sometimes when I am using any equipment for the first time it feels difficult but when I go through the literature or watch a video of its manual it becomes easy.

You can actually do wonders with the use of a laptop today. It is used in academics, corporate business and entertainment. Students use laptops for their academic research, businessmen use laptops for conducting their business meetings and everybody uses its for entertainment purposes as it connects with the world and we can do anything that we can imagine on a laptop.

Technology in workplace is like a wonderful idea it makes the work easy smooth simple and convenient today the companies are becoming multinational and the workload is increasing but with the use of technology today everything is so connected that people can do with the use of artificial intelligence, strong internet connectivity and software that make impossible things possible.
4. Why do some people in the workplace dislike technology?
Some people dislike technology just because they are not used to technology and they are weak in the English language. Apart from this some people like to do their work in the traditional way so they do not support the use of technology as they don't trust technology that much.
5. Why do people buy a lot of household appliances?
Today in the world of technology there is equipment for everything in the modern household. Today electronic equipment is used very frequently like juicers, mixtures , oven washing machines, refrigerators and air conditioning. These things really make the household work properly so people have a comfortable life with the use of technology.
6. What do people often do with electronic devices?
People do many things with the use of technology. First is they stay connected with others, then entertainment and business is also done today with the help of technology and students use a lot of technology in their academics.
7 Why are children attracted to new things (such as electronics)?
Children find electronic equipment so fascinating and magical. With the use of technology they can do the same things as adults do it so they find it useful. Secondly, they are so curious about electronic technology they love the comfort and convenience created by electronic equipment so they are attracted towards electronics.
8 Why do some grown-ups hate to throw out old things (such as clothes)?
Some people are so connected with their old things and they have created a comfort zone around them by using old things. They don't feel so comfortable with the new technology so they use the old things.
9 Is the way people buy things affected? How?
Yes, today people buy things from the malls. They find everything in one place. Secondly, they have started going online for their shopping. Today people can buy anything from anywhere sitting at their home so the way people do shopping has totally changed. People read reviews before buying anything and do a proper comparison before making a purchase.
10 What do you think influences people to buy new things?
The changing world and modern technology are making the surroundings beautiful so people want to match the pace of life so they are buying new things.
