Introduction.
Receiving good news really gives me goosebumps and whenever I listen to such exciting news I start jumping out of joy. We celebrate achievements and success by sharing news with our friends and relatives. Distributing sweets and organizing small get-togethers and throwing a party is a norm in my culture.

Here I am going to talk about the good news I received from my elder brother who has completed his higher education in the United States of America. He went there to study and got a placement in google which is the world's biggest IT company and this was the biggest news for our family.

I received this news when my brother called me and broke the news that he gave an interview and cleared all the rounds of the interview process. And he has the offer letter. We both were very happy and I really wanted to celebrate this news. So I called everyone from my family for dinner and told them this great news. It was an achievement in our family that someone has reached such heights. My cousins were really feeling motivated as they Learned about this news.
- Why do you feel it was good news?
It was good news for the entire family as my brother had achieved the pinnacle of academic and professional achievement. No one in my family went abroad for study and got this magnitude of success. So I was thrilled after listening to this news. My cousins and relatives who are studying in school will be motivated to go abroad and work and be like him, so I believe this was good news.

Today the world is connected and people are updated with everything happening all around the globe. News in various media platforms and social media keep the people aware about happenings around them. People take keen interest in international events but they are very much curious to know what is happening around them. Everybody wants to know about the developments happening in their homeground.
- What it was.- When you received this news.
Here I am going to talk about the good news about the construction of the world's biggest stadium for cricket in my home state. This news made everyone happy in my hometown. Recently, It was announced by the chief minister of Gujarat that they are constructing the biggest stadium for cricket in Ahmedabad and it will have maximum capacity for the audience. This was announced by a press release in all different media platforms.
- How you received this news.
As everyone was talking about the stadium I also checked some websites and newspapers and It was really happening. It was a Proud movement for every one who loves cricket and is from gujrat. People were greeting each other and sharing this good news. Our hometown will witness international cricket events and we would get opportunity to a part of this games really made us feel proud.
- Why do you feel it was good news?
It was good news just because having the world's biggest stadium in our town is an achievement for a status and matter of pride. Secondly, our state will get international attention every now and then which will bring economic prosperity. So this made me feel this was a good news.
