Wearing a uniform makes an individual look sophisticated and formal. Uniforms also create equality among employees and students when everyone looks the same there is less distraction and no discrimination among students and workers. Companies also want their employees to be identified with specific uniforms according to their designation and department.

- When do you wear it?

Here I am going to talk about a uniform I wore in my childhood and it has a long lasting impression on my subconscious mind. I remember my primary school days when I was so excited to wear my uniform and go to school.

- Who bought it for you?

My parents bought this uniform for me right from the first day of school. They made sure I became a disciplined student so they motivated me to wear the uniform and taught me the importance of wearing it.

- What does it look like?

It was a dark blue trouser and sky-blue shirt with a navy blue tie, and black shoes. On regular days and on Thursday we wore a different uniform which was a white shirt, white pants , white canvas shoes. On Thursday we had to perform outdoor activities so our school had a different uniform.

- How do you feel about it?

I felt extremely good about our uniform as it made everyone look similar and by wearing the same clothes we avoided discrimination of any kind. It made our bond with the school so strong that we were identified by our school uniforms easily.

Our company provides uniforms to all employees every year. We do not have to buy it and if there is damage they always give us an extra pair of uniform to avoid any circumstances. On Saturday we can wear regular clothes and on our birthday it's not compulsory to wear a uniform. This brings unity in employees and reminds us we are all one and we work for an organization.

I feel good to wear a uniform and every organization should have uniforms. The fabric that is used to make our uniform is special and it's made specifically by order. The color blue used in our shirt is exactly sky color so it looks unique. Our company believes in perfection and uniqueness so trousers are also stitched by our own designer.Everybody looks formal and professional.
