Model Answer 2 (Work)

Describe a rule that is important in your school or at work.

Introduction.

Rules are like instructions that everyone at work and school must follow. They help make sure things run smoothly and safely. Without rules, there might be chaos and confusion, so they're important to help everyone know what's expected of them and how to behave properly.

- What the rule is about.

Here I am going to talk about a rule in our workplace. It's a ground rule in our company that we celebrate all the festivals in the most traditional way according to our culture and tradition. We follow all the rituals in a religious way and stay away from other influences. Festivals like Diwali,Holi, Ganesh chaturthi,Krishna Janmashtami, New Year, Eid, and Christmas are celebrated in full swing.

- What happens when people break the rule.

We all wear clothes according to these festivals and take care of the environment according to government norms and we do not pollute water bodies by any contaminants. We encourage all our colleagues to follow their own religion and respect others religion, culture and tradition. If anyone tries knowing or unknowingly then proper action is taken and the person is made aware about the company's policy. No strict action is taken but our boss makes people feel safe, secure, and provides a harmonious environment to work.

- Why do you think it is an important rule?

We all live in a diverse country where there is so much difference in festivals, rituals, celebration and beliefs when people from all diverse backgrounds come together there is a change of clash in belief and it can affect the environment of the workplace. And this can affect the image of the company. By applying this rule of equality and respect to all in the same manner people really come together to celebrate each other's rituals and festivals. The bonding and respect for each others makes them good colleges and the company stands together in good and bad times.

- And explain how you feel about the rule.

I absolutely believe in this rule to follow our culture and respect other cultures. This brings peace and harmony. We all see beauty in each other's festivals and before being judgemental we try to understand their customs and traditions. This makes us stand together. We are proud of our festival and diverse culture and such rules make the country and the company's good places to work.
