Describe a person who likes to buy goods with low prices. Introduction. Everybody loves shopping and there are many places where one can buy affordable goods. Street markets are popular destinations for buying things at a very reasonable price and the majority of people like to visit streets to buy household things. Those who are specific about the product or brand they go to brand outlets or malls. - Who this person is. Here I am going to talk about my friend Rakesh who is super conscious about saving money. He doesn't like to spend a penny extra so he does a remoteview before buying anything and finds the best deal. Introduction.

Virtual world is slowly taking over the real-world and the face of shopping is totally changing. People can buy products from any corner of the country. Which really expands the market. Online shopping brings all brands and products on screen which is very convenient to make a choice and buy a product.

- When it happened.- What you bought.

Here I am going to talk about a mobile I bought recently and I faced certain issues.

I ordered a mobile phone after doing a deep research and a lot of remote viewing on the internet. At last I was convinced with a popular device and I purchased it. I got a huge discount on this mobile so without paying more attention I ordered the phone.

- What problem you had.

After some days I started facing issues with the phone and the display was not functioning properly and the phone started lagging. I checked myself a couple of times to fix it. Then I contacted customer care and they told me to return the device. I returned and waited for fifteen days and did not receive my device. It was an issue with the courier service which did not function properly and I had to wait a long time. The customer service was nice but they were also not aware of the issue.

- And explain how you felt about the experience.

I felt deeply annoyed with the shipping experience which made my online shopping experience worse. And gave me nightmares for a few days. Online Shopping shoping has some benefits but the darker side should be looked upon before buying from an unknown company.

Introduction.

Shopping is something that I love. It really is a street buster for me . I love to go shopping with my friends and I enjoy it so much. Sometimes in the festive season it becomes hard to get what you want when the sale is going on. Online shopping is the best when it comes to saving time.

Main Answer.

Here I am going to talk about last Diwali when I went shopping and I faced some problem.

- When it happened

It was Diwali season and every where there was sale and offers every shop was crowded with shoppers and I wanted to buy myself a some clothes and good sneakers.

- What you bought

I was searching for clothes and I bought a pair of jeans and some t-shirts as there was a good offer on it. The brand was offering more than fifty percent discount so I bought more clothes and some accessories for myself. I also bought a wonderful pair of sneakers for myself.

- What problem you had

I faced many problems during my entire shopping experience. First of all it was so crowded that I did not have a good time to select and find more options for me. When it came to take a trial of my clothes it took half an hour to get into the trial room. I got really irritated here. I had to wait for an hour to pay my bill so there was a long queue of people who were standing and waiting for their billing to get done. The last and final problem I faced was getting my car out of the parking lot as someone parked very close to my vehicle.

- And explain how you felt about the experience.

I really got good clothes at a great price but I was totally irritated during the shopping experience. Waiting for trials, and billing made my shopping experience terrible. I have decided now I will never go shopping when there is a festive season and I see this much crowd of people.

Introduction.

Technology has made shopping really so comfortable and time saver with use of online shopping portals and home delivery. One can get anything at their doorstep. Sometimes these things don't work and create a problem which can be totally annoying. Online shopping has some darker sides like fake products delivered and bad customer experience.

- When it happened.- What you bought.

I ordered a pair of clothes on the occasion of my cousin's marriage , and I did not have time to go to the market so I did online shopping. I selected two jeans and five shirts. All clothes were from a popular brand so I did not have to worry about the material. 

- What problem you had.

I was expecting my order to be delivered before a couple of days so I can wear them on different days of rituals. And I did not receive any delivery till the day of marriage and I was totally disappointed. I even contacted customer service and they replied that your order is shipped. The shipping company also did not reply on time. They delivered me my order late when all the rituals were over and the clothes were totally useless for me.

- And explain how you felt about the experience.

I really was totally dissatisfied and disappointed with the shopping experience. I really will never depend on these shopping sites when it comes to delivery. It was an exhausting experience.

A customer service which really makes the experience of the customer very smooth in shopping is an excellent service basically there is after sales service and before sales service and when the customer is in the shop or in the mall they should make each and everything so comfortable to the customer that they don't feel any trouble shopping and there should be no long queue for paying the bill and good parking for the customers this kind of customer service is appreciated by buyers.

2 What are the differences between shopping online and in-store?

There is a huge difference between shopping online and shopping in store the experience is totally different in store you you get to touch the material and fill the material sometimes you can try the materials also and you can really make a deal face to face while on shopping you don't need to waste time and you can simply by the same product sitting at your home but there is one difference that you cannot touch and feel the item you are going to buy another benefit of online shopping is you get more options from all over the world on one single website so that is the difference between shopping in store and online.

3 What problems do customers often have while shopping?

Customers face a series of problem while they are shopping especially on festival days the places are very much crowded as new marketing techniques are really attracting customers in huge numbers this really creates a crowd and makes the shopping experience very irritating another thing is today parking is a big problem so this is really creating a care when a customer comes to buy a thing there are certain payment applications with sometime don't work that also create a problem and long use to pay bills is the biggest issue that today's customers are facing

4 What do you think customers should do when there are problems with products bought online?

Today there are many things that customers can do with the problems they have faced while doing online shopping first of all today each and every shopping portal is accepting their products back so they can directly talk to the customer care and return the product and another thing is they can make and complaint to the company directly and talk to the customer care about the issue that they have facing while purchasing their product online.
