Describe a person who likes to buy goods with low prices. Introduction. Everybody loves shopping and there are many places where one can buy affordable goods. Street markets are popular destinations for buying things at a very reasonable price and the majority of people like to visit streets to buy household things. Those who are specific about the product or brand they go to brand outlets or malls. - Who this person is. Here I am going to talk about my friend Rakesh who is super conscious about saving money. He doesn't like to spend a penny extra so he does a remoteview before buying anything and finds the best deal. Rakesh is a school friend so I know him from my childhood and from his early days I also accompanied him in street markets to buy things. - What this person likes to buy Rakesh likes to buy almost everything from the streets like electronic gadgets, clothes, footwear, stationary,books, playing equipment and many more he has almost everything that is needed

Describe a risk you took that you thought would lead to a terrible result but ended up with a positive result.

Introduction.

Everybody faces difficulty in the initial period when they begin something new. Challenges make things interesting and a person rocksolid. After facing a lot of hurdles when one tastes success it feels like heaven on earth.

- What was it?

Here I am going to talk about improving my handwriting. My teachers always complained about my handwriting. They could barely understand what I have written and insisted that I write at least readable.

- How did you complete it?

I realized that due to my bad handwriting many people misunderstand me and my writing. Sometimes I get less marks just because of my bad presentation and my efforts go useless. I decided to improve my handwriting and started practicing daild I started writing slowly and carefully and started paying attention to each and every alphabet. I practiced like a child and did all things children do.

- Why was it difficult?

It was very difficult as I never liked to write anything and I took on a task to improve my handwriting so it was a challenging task and I felt irritated in the beginning but my dedication towards my commitment and daily practice paid off. Slowly I started liking writing and my handwriting was now readable. I did a lot of meditation to eradicate my restlessness and became still like a rock. 

- And how did you feel about doing it?

In the beginning it was a terrible feeling and I could not concentrate but firm determination can take you to the moon. And I was totally committed towards my goal so I felt good when I got positive feedback and results of my hard work.

Introduction.

I love to accept challenges and I go to any extent to complete them. Difficulties are just some obstacles between you and success. In fact anything in the beginning is difficult and with time it becomes easy. I never give up on anything that comes my way. I prefer to work hard if I find it difficult. A little bit more energy and attention makes things easier for me.

Here I am going to talk about an adventure trip I took with my friends.

- What was it?

My friends and I were planning a trekking trip to Manali and it was quite exciting for all of us. I recently had put on some weight so I was a bit nervous in the beginning. That I might not do well in extreme conditions.

- How did you complete it?

I simply started to hit the gym to be fit so I can gain some stamina. There were fifteen days left for the trek and I started working hard. I reduced a good amount of weight and I gained a lot of confidence. When we went there I was just normal and doing all the activities that my friends did. My weight did not bother me at all. 

- Why was it difficult?

It was difficult in the beginning when I started the gym. I faced some stamina issues but with a good diet and regular exercise I made it. When I started doing exercise on a regular basis all my difficulties disappeared and I became confident.

- And how did you feel about doing it?

I felt awesome. I really enjoyed the whole trip and the trekking experience was totally exciting. I was in tune with nature and I really had a very good time. I did not feel anything problematic that would bother me. It was my hard work that paid off.

Success is something that everybody wants and to achieve heights of success one has to face many difficulties, challenges,and struggle, in fact everything in the beginning is difficult just because of lack of knowledge, awareness and skills, we have anxiety about it. But with practice, hard work and attention we can achieve anything.

Here I am going to talk about swimming that I found difficult 

- What was it?

Right from my childhood I had anxiety about water and my teachers, friends and parents insisted that I learn swimming. I tried in my childhood and I drowned so water became the biggest fear of my life.

- How did you complete it?

As time passed I saw my friends doing watersports and swimming so I got inspired with some motivation from friends and training from an expert coach. I started swimming daily in a sports center near my home. I never skipped a day and with regular practice I learned swimming and my fear totally vanished.

- Why was it difficult?

It was difficult for me just because I had water phobia and with this condition to step inside water is so challenging. Actually I needed a person who can do good counseling and remove my water phobia. My coach Mr.Bansal did it. He is a champion in watersports. With his help today I can not only swim but dive deep in water and do scuba diving.

- And how did you feel about doing it?

I feel awesome after learning swimming as it is the best exercise for the whole body. After learning I went on a beach holiday and did swimming and surfing. I really felt the depth of water and waves while surfing. There was an adrenaline rush in my body. I was so confident about my swimming skills that I did not have a drop of fear in me.

Introduction.

There are many difficulties and obstacles when we walk towards success. One can achieve the pinnacle of success by just being goal oriented. Many people decide their goal and work hard towards it. They invest their time, energy, attention, and hard work to achieve success. But sometimes things don't turn out as planned and ambition is not achieved. People feel sad for a movement but they should keep trying and keep one thing in mind: failure is the first step towards success.

Main Answer.-What was it?

Here I am going to talk about my ambition to join the civil service. I always wanted to serve the nation and make my family proud of my work. So from my childhood I dreamed of being a civil servant. It's a very respected job and provides an opportunity to make a change in the area you work. It involves administration work of the government and implementing government policies on ground level. Civil servants ensure proper functioning of law and order. They enforce laws when needed.

- How did you complete it?

Now being a civil servant is not a cup of tea that you dream and you become. One needs to work day and night. Without losing motivation students study various subjects. One needs to compromise a lot of things in order to just prepare for this exam. I gave my best and studied for 3 years during my bachelor's and I appeared in the exam. And I secured a leading position in the merit list in a situation of stiff competition.

- Why was it difficult?

I always know the way is tough and serving the public is not an easy job. Initially I started working on collecting material for my studies. I also joined a class for my weak subjects so I can fulfill my ambition. I read round the clock and did not visit my friends or relatives on important functions and festivals. I have my heart and soul in my studies. Remembering each and every event from history was a little difficult but with interest I made it.

- And how did you feel about doing it?

I felt awesome when my results were declared. I was the shining knight in my family and everyone came to visit me. And my cousins and friends wanted to hear my struggle story as they were all motivated. My biggest achievement was the smile on my father's fase he was jumping out of joy. He always wanted to be in civil service and I completed his dream so the whole family was over the moon on that day.

Introduction.

There are many difficult things to learn but with time and practice nothing is impossible for the one who is self motivated and dedicated towards his or her goal. Almost everything is difficult in the beginning but with enough practice and hard work we learn it.

- What was it?

Here I am going to talk about learning how to ride a bicycle . It looked almost impossible in the beginning when I tried it for the first time. With the help of my parents I started riding and they helped me a lot when I was practicing. 

- How did you complete it? - Why was it difficult?

It was a very complex process in the beginning. I felt I would never learn riding. I used to lose balance and fall down. But my father got new two extra wheels to keep me supported and I started enjoying it. For a couple of months I had these extra support wheels in my bicycle and when I learnt my father removed it. And I was able to ride now. Initially I used to ride in my society due to traffic on the road but when I got full control I was really confident with my riding skills.

- And how did you feel about doing it?

I really felt great I was confident when I started riding by my own my father bought me a new bicycle and I and my friend went on a long ride every day it was really an awesome experience for me.

Today in this cut throat competition each and every job requires a person to be confident especially when it comes to professionals like police officers, legal department doctors and media persons. These people really need to be confident when they are doing their job and when they are in them role people really trust them with a lot of things.

2. On what occasions should children be encouraged? How?

Children should be encouraged on each and every step of their life when they are participating in an extracurricular activity they should be encouraged by teachers and their parents when they are going foreign adventurous activities than also they should be encouraged by parents and teachers especially whenever they are starting a new thing to do academically or socially parents need to encourage them.

3. How do you help children stay focused?

I help children to stay focus in many ways I specially motivate them by giving them lectures about successful people and their struggle of life apart from this I also teach them some yoga and meditation techniques which help them to stay focused.

4. What challenges do young people face today?

Young people are facing a lot of challenges nowadays especially there is lot of population because of this in my country young people face a lot of competition from other young people and each and every field is becoming too much crowded with people another challenges technology is really making people in patient this is also one thing apart from this unemployment is also a big challenge to today's young people.
