I believe it's the costliest house in the entire world after Buckingham Palace in london. And it's the costileast property owned by a businessman in the world. This house is named after a popular island. He hired the best engineering company to build his dream house.

This house has spectacular views from inside its all grass walls on the top floors and one can have a clear view of the Arabian sea and the whole coastline of Mumbai. It is decorated by the top architect and every inch of this house is a masterpiece. There are paintings and sculptures from all around the world and the furniture is mind-blowing. Nobody can think of such a huge building as a personal house.

I like everything about this house as it is a piece of Modern Marvel and it is the pride of India. It shows the capability of Indian businessmen. This house inspires many to dream big and work hard. If one works hard and is dedicated to his goal then a house like this is absolutely possible. I like the glass interiors and beautiful gardens in the front of the house. Many grand celebrations are organised by the Ambani family and people from business and movies attend functions here regularly. I believe it's the most valuable real-estate property in the world owned by a private person.

Socialising is something that keeps relations alive. People get-together on various occasions and share happy movements. Today having a peaceful place to live is a blessing. With increasing noise pollution today it is difficult to live in the urban areas. Some are moving to the countryside just to enjoy Nature and peace. Today people are building their second home in the countryside to live in the lap of nature.

Here I am going to talk about my friend Joes farmhouse that we visit very often
It is located in the countryside and very well connected with our city so it's easy to commute there every weekend and holidays. I spend a lot of time here as this place provides a lot of peace to my mind and I get disconnected with the hustle and bustle of the city.
What it is like.
It's a house designed by a popular architect and has an amazing interior and exterior done. All the modern amenities are available. This place is developed on a huge piece of land and has a lot of space for living. And other activities like outdoor games in the backyard there is a garden where beautiful flowers are planted and in the front yard we play outdoor games. This house also has a swimming pool where we all have fun on weekends. Whenever we want to get together this is our hangout spot. We have celebrated all our functions here so I have an emotional bond with this place.
And explain how you feel about the home.
I feel excellent about this home as Joe and I are childhood friends. We have grown up here. We have spent our entire childhood here playing in the front of this farmhouse. Today also we go there twice in a month and spend quality time with our family and children. I am so attached to this place as I feel it's my second home.

Absolutely yes, Developed countries offer good quality of life and career progression and educational benefits. Which people struggle for in developing countries so yes. In order to improve my quality of life I would definitely take a chance to immigrate to a developed country. And expand my business and be a part of the global community.
How is modern home design in your country different to that of the past?
Modern homes are very well designed as people pay a lot of attention to the interior of houses. They have space allotted for everything. And in a small area also good interior design is done. While in the old traditional houses people had wide open spaces and the wood work done in a classic way. I believe there is no match; both are special and have their own vibes.
In your country what type of home do most people live in?
In my country most of the people live in apartments and flats as most of the people live in urban areas. Due to population there is a lack of space so skyscrapers are increasing and people live in tall buildings. In the rural areas there are old traditional Houses. With an open front yard and backyard. People living near the sea have beach houses.
What kinds of apartments are the most popular?
In my country apartments are very popular which are very spacious and they have good facilities amenities and infrastructure today people want a spacious apartment to live which has excellent garden swimming pool and security kind of services people also like to live in high rise apartments in tall building so this apartments are popular in my country.
What are the differences between houses that young people and old people like?
In my country young people like to live in houses which are near to the river or see facing houses because they believe that they are in between the nature and they can feel the wives of water and they also want their houses to be fully equipped with technology and security they pay a lot of attention on interior of their houses they want to design them according to their choice while the older people like to live in spacious houses in the countryside where they get mental peace and fresh air so this is the big difference between the choices of houses in younger people and older people.
What are the differences between apartments and houses?
The difference between houses and apartment is clearly seen houses are huge and they are located on the ground floor especially and when we talk about the apartments they are located in the tall buildings and they are flats both the houses and apartment have today all the facilities and amenities but in apartments some of the facilities and amenities are shared in common and in houses people can build their own amenities and enjoy so this is the big difference between houses and apartments.
Do people usually rent or buy a house? Why?
People in my country rent and buy house both especially in my country people like to own a house and they like to design and decorate by their own choices and they have lot of emotion for their houses but people in my country also rent houses because of financial issues and sometimes they have to work far away from their hometown so they cannot offer to buy house everywhere they live so these kind of people prefer to rent a house for a while so this is the main reason people rent house in my country other people definitely prefer to buy a house and they buy it for their choice.
