Today living in a house with all facilities and amenities is like a dream come true. People spend a humongous amount on building their dream abode. Interior and exterior is designed to look perfect and location also plays an important role in building a dream house.

- Where this place would be.
This apartment will be a triplex located in a high rise building near a beach side area of Mumbai. This area is considered the most costliest area in the city; all movie stars and business magnets and tycoons live here. The area has all the modern amenities and the apartment has three huge balconies from which one can see the majestic view of the Arabian sea.
- What it would look like.
This apartment was be designed by a popular interior designer who is well-known for working on luxurious projects. From the entrance to each corner is very carefully designed with art from all around the world. Electric equipment will be voice controlled and the security of this house will have biometric technology. Color of the walls will be painted royal and furniture imported from Europe which will be best in class. There will be is a mini theater with 20 people with the best sound technology which makes the movie watching experience awesome. The bathrooms are next level luxury.
- When you would like to live there.
I would love it here when I buy it in a few years. I am saving hard and made some investments still I don't want anything compromised so when I am ready in full swing I will start working on building my dream project.
- Explain why it is ideal to you.
The things I have thought about this house is the ultra luxury interior and a swimming pool located in the balcony. It makes one feel at the top of the world. From that place I could feel I am standing on the edge. The views of sunset and sunrise are magnificent and the first ray of sun wakes you up in the morning. Living in such a place is like a dream and to fulfill a dream one should also work in dreams. This house will be the perfect example of success and hard work.

1. Do most Indian people live in an apartment or house?
Most of the people live in houses in India as majority of the population lives in the rural areas in city people prefer to live in apartments.
2. Do young people in your country like to live with their parents or by themselves?
Young people in my country prefer to live with their parents as they are very attached but in some scenarios they have to move far from for education or work so at that time they live alone.
3. Do Indian people like to rent a place to live?
Indian people are very conscious about money so if they do not need a house for a long time they rent it. If the property can make money for them they buy it. Actually this depends on the financial condition of the person and the location of property.
4. Would you live in a foreign country in the future?
Absolutely yes I would like to live in a foreign country as developed countries have excellent infrastructure of health, education,and entertainment, there are good opportunities for jobs and business so I would definitely want to live in a developed country.
5. How is modern home design in your country different to that of the past?
Morden homes are made up of design according to modern times which is common and computers are used to design homes while traditional houses had handcrafted designs and every house was unique.
6. In your country what type of home do most people live in?
Most of the people in my country live in individual houses which are bunglow and row houses made up of bricks and urban people live in high rise buildings.
7. Do people prefer to live in Modern Homes or the older style homes (for example from 50 years ago)?
People prefer to live in morden homes as these houses are well equipped with technology and have all comfort and luxury. In the past houses had space but facilities were minimal.
8. How are modern homes different from older homes?
Modern houses have more facilities to live a comfortable life everyone has their personal space and they are big but not huge while older houses were huge in size difficult to maintain and they had very basic facilities
