Street markets are popular destinations for buying things at a very reasonable price and the majority of people like to visit streets to buy household things. Those who are specific about the product or brand they go to brand outlets or malls. - Who this person is. Here I am going to talk about my friend Rakesh who is super conscious about saving money. He doesn't like to spend a penny extra so he does a remoteview before buying anything and finds the best deal. Introduction.

Today in the age of information and technology there is no possibility of getting lost but in the past when there were no electronic maps people used to get lost there was no online support and people travelled very less. Today people travel for education,job, entertainment,and leisure and they all use technology to help them find the way. Even with Google maps today one can travel in the remote areas.

- When and where did it happen?

Here I am going to talk about a situation when I lostmy way.This incident happened when I traveled to Hyderabad for an education trip.

- How did you feel when you were lost.

I was traveling with my classmate and we all were on a tour to ramoji film city. It's the biggest film city in Asia and many movies are made here. My professor was also with us.When I was traveling inside the film city I was visiting one place to another. And I was curious to visit sets of various movies and tv. And I realized my friends are not around me so I felt a little nervous and checked my mobile. My cell was dead with low battery so I had to inquire here and there after one hour I saw my professor and then I joined them again.

- How did you find your way out?

Being a mature person I did not fear but I was worried about my colleagues who were not around and I did not want to stay alone all day. So I tried to find them after making some inquiry and asking here and there about them and after a couple of hours I found them on a movie set. This is how I got lost and found my way.

1. How do people feel when they get lost?

People feel terrible when they get lost, sometimes frustrated when electronic devices are not working and nobody is there to help people feel helpless.

2. Are some people better at orienting themselves? 

Absolutely yes they are well prepared and they come with a backup plan. They even do a detailed research before traveling and a remote view of the location Helps them in the time of crisis.

3. Are young people more reliant on their phones than older people to find their way?

Absolutely yes young people are too much dependent on technology and they can not feel confident without gadgets while old people use traditional ways to find routes. Older people are sound with technology and they do not like to use it as they find it quite unreliable.

4. Are young people gradually losing their ability to orient themselves?

No it is not like that they get disoriented, they are in stress or over occupied. They do many things at the same time so sometimes they get disoriented. Otherwise with the helpful modern gadgets they travel to remote places easily without any fear of getting lost.

5. With mobile phones and these electronic products with navigation, is it difficult for people to get lost? 

No, it is not even possible to get lost with such high technology. People can be tracked in real-time and information can be shared with satellites to any corner of the world so there is near to zero chance to get lost.

6. What kind of problems do old people have when they get lost? 

When old people get lost first they do not lose their cool, they try to talk to local people and with the help of landmarks they figure out their way. 

7. Some people like to walk around without navigation, is there any problem?

No, if one is known to local demographics then they do not need any external help from digital devices. They travel all day here and there so are comfortable without navigation.

8. How can people find their way when they are lost?

People can find their way using many options. The first is finding a signboard pointing in the direction and the other uses an electronic map which is available in all smartphones today. The advanced GPS system is already integrated in morden devices. Paper maps can also be used in remote locations where the network is not available.

9. Do you think it is important to do some preparation before you travel to new places?

Yes absolutely it is vital to do proper preparation before traveling. It saves time, energy and money. When we are traveling to unknown places we should figure out all possibilities regarding that place like weather,markets,timings of places. Advance planning can make the whole trip memorable.

10. Do you think it is important to be able to read a map?

Yes it is a necessary skill in morden times people travel a lot and they depend on electronic gadgets but in remote places one has to rely on paper maps. In some electronic devices also map reading skills can be helpful if a person is accurate inap reading they mistakes can be avoided.

11. Is a paper map still necessary?

Paper maps are important in huge buildings and remote locations where the network is weak or there is absolutely no coverage. Traveling to such places need map reading skills and paper maps are handy and can be helpful in difficult situations.

13. Why do some people get lost more easily than others?

Some people have weak memory and they don't remember signs and ways they have traveled so there is a possibility of getting lost very often. People who have less knowledge of local demographics get lost very often then others.

14. How do people react when they get lost?

People feel terrified when they get lost. They get irritated and angry just because of waste of time. Some times in total unknown place they feel anxiety also when there is no one to show direction and they don't know how to use gadgets.
