Describe An Area In Your Home Where You Feel Relaxed.


Home is the place where we feel relaxed anywhere in the world one can not be comfortable as home. It's a place where you set ground rules and follow them. We all have our spot in our home where we spend our quality time. Alone and with our loved ones. I live with my parents and my wife and most of the time I spend in my favorite spot.

- In which area/room do you feel relaxed?- Why do you feel relaxed there?

I feel relaxed on my balcony. It is attached to my bedroom and it's my favorite spot in the house. I feel so comfortable when I sit here in the early morning or late evening. I have my first Cup of tea sitting here and watching the sunrise which is very much visible from as well as I enjoy the sunset. I love to read here when I am alone, working on my computer is the regular activity I do here. I love the birds chirping and the cold breeze in the morning. Sometimes I have long conversations with my friends and family sitting here.

- What do you do to feel relaxed?

I just want to be here to feel relaxed but I do certain activities like yoga, exercise, reading, listening music, and mediation are my routine activities I do here I have a huge house but I spend my most of the time here as it keeps me calm and relaxed.

Describe An Area In Your Home Where You Feel Relaxed.


Home is the place where one feels relaxed and calm. Different areas in our house make us comfortable according to our nature. Those who like chatting spend their time in the living room, while others who love silence prefer to stay in their bedrooms and balconies. 

- In which area/room do you feel relaxed?

Here I am going to talk about my favorite area in my house is the garden in the front yard. We have constructed our house keeping every minute details in mind. Each and every area is well designed by our architect. So the front yard and backyard is an open space with different amenities.

- Why do you feel relaxed there.

I like to spend my quality time in the garden everyday in the morning. On weekends I sit here and read my books and play with children. It really makes me feel refreshed and relaxed. I don't like the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature when I am sitting relaxed. I watch birds and enjoy their chirping. It's the best place to sunbathe in winters I spend good quality of time here.

- What do you do to feel relaxed?

I do multiple activities here. My most favorite activity is reading and having a cup of tea or coffee early in the morning. I start my day here after my exercise and yoga. I read newspapers and plan my day here and in the evening again I lay down in my swing and relax. Sometimes I do listen to light classical music. So this is my favorite spot in my house.

1. Do you think exercise is important for mental and physical health?

 Absolutely yes exercise is something that is vital for physical and mental health. A fit body can do more work and achieve results. Muscular body also looks good. With good physical strength a person feels confidence. 

2. Why do people feel stressed all the time? 

Stress can be a result of many things. The first is people's competition and complexity in their head. Secondly, ambitious nature and lack of food and sleep also makes people feel stressed. Some people have an uncooperative nature which also makes a person feel stressed at times.

3. Do you think there should be classes for teaching young people and children how to be relaxed?

Yes definitely there should be some classes where people and children are made aware about things in life and they should be taught to deal with stress and different techniques of relaxation and mediation should be taught. They should be encouraged to play games which makes them feel relaxed.
