Introduction.

Education gives wings to a person to fulfill their dreams and contribute positively to the community and society. Educational citizens can be  assets to the economy. Primary education is mandatory and should be available to all for no cost. However, higher education is a choice and if an individual wants to proceed further in a specific subject with good ranking it will be good for students and universities.

On the one hand, today the economy needs all kinds of professions  and with increasing technology demands highly qualified professionals in every area of work. Students who are devoted in their subjects do progress well and become a successful person as they are self motivated and they have peers of similar interests and right motivation which really is beneficial to the whole batch studying in the university. For instance, a student conducting a research gets valuable inputs from University and others peers as they walk on the same path.

On the other hand, providing a seat to all will have a negative effect on the whole group of students. As many of them will not be interested and a free seat will be of no value to them. All ready students who have underperformed at school become shows they are less interested and not motivated towards the subject. Moreover, These students should be provided vocational training and placed in areas where they are interested. Today the economy needs all types of workers and happy professionals will produce excellent output at work. But, if a student who is not interested in the subject will be a distraction and have a negative effect on other students.

To sum up, education is the right of every citizen and should be provided free, but University seats should go to self motivated and interested students. So the time and resources spent on their training can be helpful to society and individuals.
