Introduction.

Team is made up of different people having unique and expert skills. When it is a big job or game we need a strong team. Which is well tuned with each other. While creative and intellectual kind of work can be done alone as it requires a lot of concentration and silence which is hard to get in a team. I partially agree with the statement as I feel both activities need a special environment.

On the one hand, work has its own nature; it can not be defined with the environment it requires. Some jobs are only done in a team like construction and playing outdoor sports. A team of skilled people is essential in certain jobs; they cooperate, collaborate and achieve their targets. A team has one goal and many hands and minds to achieve a common ambition. Moreover, Communication and leadership skills can be learned only if one works in a team. Understanding and tolerance can also be achieved when a team works together. An individual can learn all these skills by being a part of a team. Feeling the heat together gives one confidence and makes an individual rock solid. For example, Successful doctors, Engineers and Lawyers and sports people have their team and together they achieve their goals.

On the other hand, some works needs extreme level of concentration and silence in such nature of work an individual needs to spend a lot of time alone for thinking and creating, creative people, architecture, painters, writers, designers need to work alone they have people to support but that is secondary the work is done by an individual. In such jobs one needs to be alone and requires complete isolation sometimes.For example, Scientists and researchers need to think out of the box and they can not work with disturbance any kind of distraction can harm their work.

To Conclude, a team is required when a project is huge and needs more hands and heads,while work with personal touch needs a special environment to achieve success.
