Satisfaction of the customer is the top priority of any business. So before and after sales service of a product helps to build a strong bond with the company. Many companies fail to deliver their word and lose trust in the market and leave dissatisfied customers and bad feedback in the market.

Here I am going to talk about my online shopping experience.
- What was the service?
Recently I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from Amazon and I received good service. The Shopping experience was quite smooth with Amazon.
- When did you receive it?
It was a sports competition in my college so I needed sports shoes. I placed the order just two days ago and without a doubt they delivered it to me in 24 hours. This company promises quick delivery to Amazon prime members. And they really keep their promise.
- Who you were with?
I was absolutely alone and I did not have time to go to the market for shopping so I used this online portal and I got a number of options to buy.
- And how did you feel about it?
I felt great today because a whole virtual market is available in our pocket. And they provide excellent and original products to their customers. They even replace the product if it is damaged or we do not like it. So I feel great about shopping on Amazon.

What do you think of the relationship between companies and consumers?
The relationship between the company and customer should have trust and a satisfied customer becomes the mouthpiece of the company. On the other hand, companies should always keep their clients happy by providing them excellent services.
As a customer, what kinds of services would you expect to receive from a company?
As a customer I would expect excellent product and after service of product. I want the company to assist me when I face problems with their products. And as a customer, a high quality product with a long life is always good. Customer care should provide necessary information to clients.
What kind of jobs involve coping with the public?
The jobs like marketing, advertising, traffic police, nurses, advocates, police officers, doctors, deal directly with the people they provide essential and vital services to the masses.
Why should companies react quickly when customers have difficulties?
Companies need to maintain the bond with customers so they react quickly if their products don't work or break down. They want to change or get them repaired as soon as possible to stop bad reputation about the product and company.
