Describe a time when someone gave you positive advice/suggestion about your work/study.

Introduction.

Working under experienced people is always like blessings. You get very important insights and feedback from your seniors. They have done it a million times so the guidelines and advice from them is useful. I like to take advice from my seniors when I am confused or I can't make a call and they help me anytime. The place I am working has a good work culture.

Main Answer.

Here I am going to talk about a design project on which I received advice from my senior.

- What did you do?- When was it.

Last month I was working on the design of a bungalow and I was almost done from my side but still I will feel something lacking and missing. Whenever I get this feeling I go and sit with my senior architect Mr.Joe who knows all the tricks of the trade. He can just have a look and say what is missing or what should be changed. He knows the market and customers' choice and uses every inch of space in a fruitful way.

- Why did you get positive feedback?

Knowing all this I immediately went to him and showed the design I have worked on. Just had a glance. He told me it is very good and no major changes are needed. I have worked perfectly and he was happy with my work. The design was finalized with minimal changes and the client and Mr. Joe was happy with my work and gave me positive feedback about my work. Joe said I have utilised the space in a good way.

- How did you feel about it?

I was feeling on the top of the moon as my project was finalized in a single presentation and I did not have to make major changes. I got appreciation from all my colleagues and seniors. I feel motivated when my work is appreciated.
