Describe a live sports match that you have watched IPL Narendra Modi Stadium IELTS CUE CARDS VINODSHARMAIELTS

Introduction

Watching a live match is a thrilling feeling when your favourite teams are playing there is a lot of heat in the ground. Supporters of both sides cheer their favourite players and show their support. Those who can not go to the stadium can watch live matches at home comfortably. That is also a wonderful feeling.

Main Answer.

Here I am going to talk about a T20 match I watched in Narendra Modi Stadium.

- What it was.

This match was a T20 match and it was played near my home town. Recently the government of India and the sports council,BCCI collaborated and built the biggest stadium in Ahmedabad. In this match my two favorite teams were playing so I decided to watch this match live. I booked the ticket online and I got the opportunity to sit in the front near the ground.

- When you watched it.

I watched this match last year. It was a limited audience match due to the corona pandemic. A large audience was not allowed, only limited seats were sold. And this was really satisfying. We felt like we are special guest and they are playing for us.

- What it was like.

It was a very close match as my favourite team Mumbai Indians won this by 3 wickets. The opponent team Kolkata knight riders gave a tough competition. Both the bowlers and batsmen of both teams gave their best performance. Both the teams had the hope to win so it was interesting till the end every Ball played was bringing more curiosity in the audience.

- And how you felt about it.

I felt so good that I can not explain in words. First I got to watch a live match near my home town then there was a huge crowd. And I watched my favourite teams playing in the biggest stadium in the world so it was a mind-blowing experience. In the end I took a selfie with Shah Rukh Khan, the owner of Kolkata Knight riders. And Rohit Sharma the captain of Mumbai Indians. I can not forget this day in my life.
