Introduction.
Watching sports is wonderful and people in India love to watch and play outdoor games. Cricket is a religion in India and there are countless cricket fans. Who never misses to watch their favorite player performing on the ground. I love to watch cricket and enjoy local matches played in my home town.
Recently in our home town a cricket tournament was organised to fundraiser and encourage local cricket. Many teams took part in this tournament from nearby towns and villages. The winning team was going to get a trophy and a prize of one lakh rupees. So everyone was doing their best.
Last month our team was playing the final match against the best team of our district so I was present in the sports center. There was a huge crowd cheering our players. My friend was the captain so I was more interested in watching this game. The game was not easy, it was a cut-throat competition between the two best teams. Our team won the match with 10 runs and everyone was celebrating the victory.
Everyone was proud of our players. They performed best and won the title. My friend was declared man of the match. We both were on cloud nine. It was our dream to win this championship and we did it.
