Introduction.
Learning different skills is important in life and there are some essential skills that everyone should learn. People learn different skills from teachers,the Internet,and by joining various classes. Those who are curious learn they become experts quickly. Others take time. There are some skills that are a bit difficult to learn.
Main Answer.
Here I am going to talk about leadership skills that I learnt after a lot of hard work,time and energy.
- When you learned it
I was working in a BPO during my academic days and working part-time was really beneficial in my personal finance. During work I had to manage my team which was a bit of a difficult task.
- Why did you learn it?
During work hours I had to communicate,cooperate,and coordinate with my team members at various levels. And I enjoyed doing this. Sometimes the team had conflicts and disagreement with each other. This time was crucial. I had to emerge as a leader and bring all at the table and solve problems. In the beginning it was difficult but with time and experience I learnt it now it is not challenging.

I learnt this skill with polite nature,good understanding and cooperation with others and I feel so good that I am a successful manager in a Pvt Ltd company and this helps me a lot. In leading a team and keeping all satisfied and growing my organization.

1. What skills do students need to master?
Children need to master many skills during their academic life. They need to focus on interpersonal skills, leadership skills, communication skills, and coordination skills. These skills are so important for their higher education and career. With this skills they can progress individually and in groups.
2. Is it hard for students to learn new skills?
No, absolutely not learning new skills for children is existing and like adventure. They want to learn more and they have curiosity towards new things so I believe it's the best time for them to learn something new. During academic time students have nothing more important than learning new things so it's so easy to concentrate on new things.
3.It is hard for old people to learn new skills.
Yes, it's a little bit hard for them at old age. They can not focus and pay attention like a younger person so it's difficult to learn new things. Especially things related to technology, it's hard. They are not familiar with digital space and they also face language problems so it's hard for them. On the other hand, some older people are very curious, they love to learn new things so we can not age in learning. It mostly depends on the interest of an individual.
4. Is a good teacher very important for students' learning experience? Why?
Absolutely yes, a teacher plays a very crucial role in the overall development of a student. They pass important messages to students and they have to be good in understanding child psychology and conveying messages. With excellent communication skills a teacher can teach anything to a student and make him or her successful in career and life.
