- And how did you feel about doing it?

Introduction.

Difficulty and challenges are part of life and at various levels we have to face them with dignity. The most difficult thing you do late on becomes your strength and makes you rock solid. Those who step back from difficulty can not lead a successful life and face setbacks. Whatever difficulty comes in our path we should fight and come out as a lightning knight.

Here I am going to talk about the most difficult thing I did. It is my weight loss.

I used to live a complete sedentary lifestyle which included eating fast foods and ready to eat meals. And playing video games due to less movement and physical exercise I became obaise and my weight reached above a hundred and I started facing difficulty in my health. This was the first sign of my difficulty and with good advice from health experts I started taking necessary steps.

According to my family doctor he advised me to live an active lifestyle and eat a balanced diet on a regular basis and he also gave me a strict health regime to follow. Food is my weakness and to stay away from my favourite dishes is near to impossible for me. But for the sake of my health I agreed to do all whatever is needed. I was advised to do swimming and regular physical exercise which was difficult in the beginning. With the right motivation I was able to do it.

This resulted in a miracle and I was feeling the change. Before I had difficulty walking and after I was running my bones and muscles became stronger. I was feeling confident again and even started taking part in outdoor games. Which improved my socialization and I made new friends on the ground.

So this was the most difficult thing that I did and completed with great success. I was feeling proud of myself for doing this for my health.
